Laura (Lori) Fenwick is an Assistant Bushfire Consultant with extensive experience in the building industry, GIS, and bushfire risk & compliance. She conducts site inspections, provides tailored guidance to clients, and assists in helping developments align with regulatory  requirements. Leveraging her expertise in GIS (we call her “the Gun”), Laura performs accurate mapping and spatial analysis to support informed decision-making and practical, compliant outcomes for each project.

Laura also brings strong administration and management experience, having overseen team coordination, client relations, operational processes, payroll, and accounts. This combination of technical and managerial skills enables her to deliver structured, efficient, and client-focused services.

Laura’s approachable nature, strong reliability, and positive “can-do” attitude make her a valued team member who consistently delivers excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.

In her previous role as a Build Tender & Contract Presenter with Metricon Homes, Laura supported clients throughout their pre-build journey, from preparing tenders and contracts to liaising with drafting, estimating, and pre-site teams. She is skilled in nurturing developer relationships, managing client inquiries, and establishing a strong presence in regional markets. Her expertise also extends to the use of industry-specific tools and applications to determine site and build suitability, ensuring that clients receive clear, informed guidance every step of the way.

Beyond her professional life, Laura is an active and family-oriented individual, passionate about fitness, the outdoors, and spending time with her snow dogs.
