I was of the impression the neighbour on the other side of the gully had an agreement (asset protection zone or fuel management, don’t remember the term..) that got him to BAL-29 – what we hoped for. I got in touch with him to ask for some paperwork that I could pass back to you. He said while doing a soil test, some important vegetation was found and the agreement was voided and no trees can be cleared on that block of land. He’s proceeding with his build as BAL-FZ, moving his build from ~$400k to ~$600k. Thanks to your team for helping us dodge a bullet that we couldn’t see! I hope to be back in touch again at some stage for more advice on a less troublesome piece of land.
