Our Services

We can help you increase the occupancy levels on your land whether it’s an additional dwelling or an additional lot. It’s important to note that additional occupancies are usually limited to a Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) of 29 and may require existing dwelling upgrades for ember protection.

Bush Fire Assessment Report for Dual Occupancy or Subdivision

A Bush Fire Assessment Report for dual occupancy provides a Bush Fire Assessment Report as well as an assessment of the development against the requirements of the Rural Fire Service document, Planning For Bush Fire Protection.

In addition, Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997 requires that a Bush Fire Safety Authority (BFSA) be issued by the Rural Fire Service for this type of development on bush fire prone land, and our report meets the submission requirements to enable this document to be issued.
